IPF Commercial and Logistics Park is strategically located near the Port of Abidjan, West Africa's largest international port, spanning an expansive area of 12 hectares. The park boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, including two low-temperature cold storage warehouses, a 1,000 square meter fast-freezing processing production line, three logistics warehouses each covering 5,000 square meters, and a 1,300 square meter office building. With an annual capacity to process and store up to 120,000 tons of frozen products, our facilities are ideally suited for processing plants, international commercial logistics, and warehousing operations.
Seafood Import
IPF Commercial and Logistics Park has established a comprehensive cold chain supply for seafood products, encompassing aquaculture, processing, rapid freezing, storage, and logistics distribution. Leveraging the strategic location of the Port of Abidjan, the park efficiently distributes seafood products to over a dozen neighboring countries, meeting the high demand for quality seafood among African consumers. Additionally, the park is equipped to import seafood products from China, utilizing advanced cold chain technologies to ensure the freshness and quality of imported goods, thereby stabilizing market supply.
