Prime Geographical Position
Abidjan benefits from one of the strongest geographic positions in West Africa. Through the Port of Abidjan, the park connects to global maritime routes, while nearby road, rail, and airport links support regional inland distribution and international mobility — making it an ideal base to expand across more than a dozen African markets.
Advanced Facilities
Under the full master plan, the park spans 30 hectares with multiple functional zones. Four low-temperature cold storage warehouses provide a combined capacity of 240,000 tons. A 2,000 m² processing production line, five logistics warehouses totalling 30,000 m², and comprehensive infrastructure covering water supply, drainage, electricity, and communications ensure industrial-scale operations.
Employee-Friendly Services
A 2-hectare service area provides dining, shopping, and fitness facilities for park employees. The modern office building, totalling approximately 8,000 m², offers businesses a comfortable and efficient workspace.
Professional Team & One-Stop Solutions
A professional service team with extensive logistics experience provides one-stop solutions covering production, processing, storage, and transportation — plus customised logistics design to help enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.
A Cornerstone of African Logistics
As trade continues to expand across Africa and beyond, IPF Commercial and Logistics Park is designed to become a cornerstone logistics platform for businesses serving both regional and global markets.
